Cancellation Policy
A credit card is needed at the time of booking. No charge is occurred for the booking; it's a place holder to secure your appointment time. 24 hours notice for cancellations is courteous and reasonable. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 25% of the service booked. No show fees are 100% of service booked.
A deposit is taken for certain packages and treatments, payable at the time of booking.
